WHO I AM

I’m Camilla Gordon, a Certified Professional Facilitator, consultant and trainer with over 12 years of experience.

I work with a diverse range of groups and communities to create change, and am skilled in creating safe and supportive spaces that help my clients foster new ideas and fresh approaches.

I am an award-winning Certified Professional Facilitator with 12 years experience working with a diverse range of groups and teams. I am trained in a range of tools and techniques such as LEGO Serious Play, Group Facilitation methods, and Advanced Virtual Facilitation (UNHabitat).

My work is focused on creating accessible and inclusive spaces to ensure every voice is heard. Managing hierarchies and power dynamics, as well as designing for Disabled and Neurodiverse participants.

In 2021 I was elected by my peers to the board of the International Association of Facilitators England and Wales. I have taken a lead and co-lead role in organising a conference for 80 facilitators to come together and learn.

I love the unique challenges that each individual group brings, and I regularly provide services to both local and international projects.

My background is in drama for social change, and I have a BA Honours degree in Drama from Manchester University.

In 2020, I won a Facilitation Impact Award for my work with Bridge 47
